Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/ Production
• Position Title: Production Assistant/ Production Coordinator
• Working Location: North (a few bus stops away from Canberra MRT)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Salary Package: Basic + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Request raw materials daily from the warehouse and suppliers according to the required schedule
• Monitor daily consumption of raw materials and warehouse inventory
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Suppliers on order placements and delivery schedules
• Oversee daily inventory on the Production Floor (PF)
• Manage and control a portion of label bags
• Prepare month-end stock report for the production floor
• Perform other duties as assigned

• At least GCE “O” Level or its equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related working experience in manufacturing environment would be a plus.
• Training provided to inexperienced candidates.
• Computer literate, especially MS Office (Excel)
