Production Executive

• Develop and manage production schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Streamline manufacturing processes to enhance product quality, improve process efficiency, and drive cost and productivity improvements.
• Support the identification and classification of process issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Evaluate and standardize operational methods and procedures across departments where applicable.
• Assist the manager in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving process related challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
• Ensure a safe and efficient food production environment
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the team and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate a strong passion for the food manufacturing industry.
• Provide support at retail outlets when needed.
