Production Technician (1st Shift)

Job Summary:

Perform troubleshooting Injection Moulding operation & related equipment and performance of daily and minor PM’s.
Perform Job Change as and when required
To follow instructions; document and report hardware issue.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform troubleshooting Injection Moulding Operation & related equipment and performance of daily and minor PM’s
Perform inspection as per requirement stated in PQC form
Perform 2 hourly check on product for visual defect
Perform 2 hourly check weight of water, pack & carton
Perform area cleaning as required
Follow all safety rules
Inform Technician or Supervisor of problems
Learn to troubleshoot customized Automated Machinery
Other duties assigned as & when required.
