Production Technician

Job Summary

Perform Assembly operation in modular or standard tool format. Able to work on individual aspect of the assembly in Mechanical/Electrical and Testing. Ensure timely delivery is met from the completed assembly operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Follow the production schedule set by the Line Leader / supervisor.

• Perform assembly duties assigned by the supervisor in Mechanical/Electrical or Testing related.

• Contribute to the production of quality product by following all defined quality procedure.

• Identifying and resolving issues related to assembly and alignment, potentially involving disassembly and reassembly.

• Read, understand the WI, schematics and Ele / Mech drawings in assembly area

• Assist Line Leader / Production Supervisor in achieving scheduling requirements.

• Work closely with the Line Leader / Supervisor to assure conformity of product to customer requirement.

• Ability to perform continuity checks and functional tests using multimeters, hi pot equipment.

• Able to work in cleanroom enjoinment follow cleanroom protocols, ensuring cleanliness of equipment and work areas,

• To ensure 5S was well implemented at production.

• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

People Requirements

1. ITE or above
2. Preferred 1-2 years’ experience
3. Mechanical Hands on skills, able to read Mechanical Drawings
4. Electrical Hands on skills, able to read Electrical drawings
5. Troubleshooting skillsets
6. A results-oriented person with excellent drive, initiative and the ability to work under tight dateline.
7. Able to Travel for training or support off site.
