Working Hours : 830am - 6pm (Mon to Fri)

Salary : $2500 - $2800

Location : Sembawang

Job Scope:

• Coordinate with project teams to track the production progress of equipment and ensure timely delivery to the Singapore site.
• Follow up with clients on project timelines, product readiness, and testing arrangements.
• Schedule and confirm product testing appointments with clients and internal teams.
• Handle administrative duties including email correspondence, answering phone calls, and maintaining proper documentation.
• Work closely with project engineers and relevant departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain up-to-date records and assist in preparing project reports, meeting notes, and follow-up actions.
• Provide timely updates and support to clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Perform other related administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a project coordination or administrative support role will be an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
