Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Manager in developing essential project management documents, including schedules, scope statements, and project plans.
• Oversee the procurement process to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services.
• Coordinate resource allocation to ensure the project team has the necessary tools and materials at the right time.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Preferred: Singaporean or Permanent Resident (PR).
• Experience in lift and escalator installation is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage procurement and resource allocation efficiently.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8 AM – 5 PM
• Saturday: 8 AM – 12 PM (Flexible)
