Job Description

Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure projects are executed according to plan and meet all requirements.
Assist in the development of key project management documents, including budgets, schedules, scope statements, and project plans.
Support the project team by coordinating meetings, maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and providing regular status updates.
Handle administrative and financial tasks, such as managing invoices, purchase orders, and outstanding reports.
Oversee the procurement process to ensure timely acquisition of necessary project resources.
Meet with clients to assess their needs, define project requirements, establish acceptance criteria, and set project timelines.
Coordinate resource allocation to ensure the project team has the required tools and materials at the right time.
Identify and resolve project-related issues through effective communication and coordination.
Attend client and project meetings to provide updates and address concerns.
Prepare project claim reports and invoices while ensuring accurate documentation.
Communicate with clients regarding payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
Maintain and organize all project-related documents, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to all relevant parties.
