Project Designer

Job Summary

We’re seeking passionate, creative, and driven designers who are ready to push boundaries.

Key Responsibilities

-Participate in client briefings or meetings to understand requirements and translate them into innovative solutions.

-Lead and support the design process from concept development to construction, including space planning, schematic design, and detailed documentation.

-Prepare and present design proposals, layout plans, detail construction drawings, as-built drawings and 3D visuals.

-Collaborate with project team, suppliers, sub-contractors and clients during construction/implementation phase.

Requirements:

-Min 5 years in commercial project design.

-Candidates with experience in the Architecture and Interior Works will be advantageous.

-Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, Sketchup.

-Able to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines.

-Able to relate from Chinese to English. (to effectively handle queries and concerns from Chinese speaking associate in related to project matters.)
