🌟 About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Project Engineer (or Project Manager for experienced candidates) to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, while maintaining strong client relationships.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Take over projects from the Sales Department and manage execution from start to finish.
- Oversee construction activities and monitor project progress.
- Plan, implement, and track work schedules according to master and detailed work programs.
- Prepare project documentation, including organization charts, schedules, specifications review, critical data summaries, and quality assurance plans.
- Maintain strong customer rapport through regular communication and meetings, including kick-off, design, site reviews, factory acceptance tests, and commissioning.
- Ensure timely project delivery, resource optimization, and profitability.
- Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
- Participate in Quality Assurance Processes (QAP), including sub-vendor testing and approvals.
- Prepare accurate customer and internal reports and provide regular project updates.
🎯 Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 3–5 years’ experience in M&E, ACMV, or A&A projects.
- Candidates with >5 years’ experience may be considered for a Project Manager role with extended responsibilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
- Able to multi-task, work independently, and meet tight deadlines.
- Willing to work overtime if required.
- Immediate availability is an advantage.
