Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Effectively prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned projects to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints
• Ensure strict adherence to applicable engineering codes, industry best practices, QA/QC procedures, performance standards, and technical specifications throughout all phases of project execution.
• Engage with clients on a daily basis to understand project requirements, address concerns, and effectively represent their interests throughout on-site operations.
• Oversee all aspects of project quality control, including budgeting, scheduling, planning, and team performance, while delivering regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams to meet delivery milestones and provide essential technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and evaluate engineering deliverables to ensure alignment with project standards and objectives, initiating corrective actions as necessary to maintain quality and performance.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Higher NITEC in Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with design and visualization software such as AutoCAD and BIM is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Experience in project supervision and coordination, with good understanding of project workflows and timelines.
• Strong decision-making and leadership qualities.
• Effective time managementand organizational abilities.
