Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring seamless execution every step of the way.
• Turn drawings and technical specifications into real-world solutions that meet design intent and authority requirements.
• Keep projects moving — monitor progress, quality, and safety on site, and step in with smart solutions whenever challenges arise.
• Craft method statements, work schedules, and proposals that set projects up for success.
• Lead inspections, oversee installations, and resolve on-site issues swiftly and decisively.
• Deliver professional documentation — from as-built drawings to progress reports — for clients and authorities.
• Partner with Project Managers to deliver projects on time, on budget, and beyond expectations.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
• Sharp technical expertise in interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and compliance standards in construction.
• Analytical, solutions-driven, and detail-oriented — with the ability to thrive under pressure.
• A confident communicator who can collaborate across teams, clients, and contractors.
• Bonus points if you’ve worked on LTA, PUB, or SP Group projects.
