Project Engineering Specialist
Working day: Mon – Fri, 8:30am - 6:15pm
Salary range: $3,400 to $4,800
Location: Woodlands (Nearby Sembawang/Admiralty)
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the project to optimize efficiency, profitability, and performance while tracking project health and managing risks.
- Ensure the project remains on budget and on schedule, providing regular updates on project progress, highlighting potential issues that may affect budgets or timelines.
- Conduct project status meetings with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear and effective communication between all parties.
- Act as a liaison between the project team and customers to ensure key project information is communicated accurately and promptly.
- Ensure projects meet customer specifications and requirements while adhering to quality standards and timelines.
- Guide assigned resources from various departments, organizing regular reviews to resolve any issues that arise during the execution phase.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to the management team, highlighting key challenges or risks.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in the engineering field with hands-on project management involvement.
- Familiarity with automation technologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Familiarity with Design Tools (AutoCAD, Solidworks) is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office as well as Project Management Tools
