Project Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management:

Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and design interpretation to execution and final handover.

• Client Relations:

Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing their expectations, communications, and satisfaction.

• Team Coordination:

Liaise with designers, architects, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met and that everyone is working toward the same objectives.

• Site Supervision:

Conduct regular site visits to ensure work conforms to specifications, quality standards, and design plans.

• Budget and Schedule Management:

Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules, and report on progress to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.

• Issue Resolution:

Address and resolve any on-site issues, potential risks, or discrepancies that arise during the project.

• Procurement:

Manage the procurement of materials, fixtures, and equipment as needed for the project.

Key Qualifications and skills:

• Education:

A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field is often required.

• Experience:

Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in project management, preferably in interior fit-out, commercial, or retail projects.

• Technical Skills:

Proficiency in reading architectural and technical drawings (e.g., AutoCAD), and knowledge of construction methods are often necessary.

• Soft Skills:

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are crucial for managing diverse stakeholders. Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills are also vital for multitasking and working under pressure.
