PROJECT MANAGEMENT MANAGER

• Planning & Budgeting: Developing project plans, estimating costs, creating budgets, and managing finances.
• Coordination & Communication: Liaising with clients, and subcontractors; ensuring everyone understands tasks and timelines.
• Scheduling: Creating and managing work schedules, allocating resources, and ensuring timely completion to avoid delays.
• Site Management: Overseeing on-site activities, directing work, and ensuring quality control and safety.
• Risk & Change Management: Identifying potential issues, handling change orders, and developing mitigation strategies.
• Procurement: Negotiating with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Requirements:
Degree in Building Construction Management, or Engineering fields or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 3 years project management experience.
Working Hours: 6 days work
Salary Package: $4000 - $7000, AWS + Project Bonus
