PROJECT MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Project Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successfully managing electrical projects with a turnover exceeding SGD 10 million under the BCA ME05 license category.

You will be responsible for overseeing project execution, building strong client relationships, supporting the preparation of quotations, and contributing to securing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage electrical construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, safety, cost, and schedule targets are met. • Collaborate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure effective project delivery. • Support tender preparation, cost estimation, and project quotations for existing and potential clients. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s electrical project portfolio. • Provide leadership in project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company standards, and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in electrical construction project management, with a track record of handling projects valued above SGD 10 million.

Strong knowledge of electrical project planning, contracts, and cost management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to build client relationships and support business development activities. Proven leadership in managing teams and driving results
