Job Purpose

Lead and manage the expansion of our antenna business into overseas markets, acting as the central coordinator between internal stakeholders, external partners, and cross-border teams. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of the project while ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

· Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of the antenna business expansion project into overseas markets.

· Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against milestones.

· Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues with proactive mitigation strategies.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards applicable to the antenna business.

Stakeholder Coordination

· Act as the main liaison between internal teams (R&D, Operations, Sales, Quality, Procurement, Legal) and external stakeholders (vendors, consultants, partners, authorities).

· Work closely with senior management to provide regular updates, highlight risks, and propose solutions.

· Facilitate clear and consistent communication across global and local teams.

Cross-functional Leadership

· Coordinate with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to ensure technology transfer or localization is smooth and meets timelines.

· Work with Supply Chain and Procurement teams to explore and develop vendor partnerships in overseas markets.

· Support the Sales/Marketing team to ensure market readiness, branding, and product strategy alignment.

Documentation & Reporting

· Maintain comprehensive project documentation including reports, proposals, meeting minutes, and action plans.

· Prepare regular project status reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.

Market and Operational Setup Support

· Support feasibility studies, site evaluations, vendor selection, and hiring plans.

· Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to facilitate company setup or partnerships in overseas markets if required.

Requirements

Education & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; PMP certificate will be a plus.

· Minimum 10 years of experience in antenna industry with direct involvement with end-customers.

· Experience with international project rollouts is strongly preferred.

· This role requires frequent overseas travel.

Skills

· Strong project planning, organizational, and time management skills.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

· Knowledge of the antenna or electronics components market is a must.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Languages

· Proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
