Project Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end POC delivery within agreed timeline and budget parameters
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement including clients and technical teams
• Ensure deliverable quality meets government standards
• Establish project governance framework and reporting mechanisms for government oversight
• Facilitate risk management and issue escalation procedures
• Coordinate live clients sitting testing and user acceptance activities
• Ensure compliance with government procurement and project management methodologies

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years project management experience delivering government technology projects
• Knowledge of Singapore Government procurement processes and contract management
• Experience managing projects within GCC environments and government security constraints 1 year as Project Manager
• Understanding of IM8 compliance requirements and government risk management frameworks
• Proven track record delivering projects for government agencies
• Experience in managing projects involving real-time systems and live operational environment Ship-HATS products
• Experience in delivering GenAI features in GCC would be preferred
