Roles & Responsibilities

Project Manager (Commercial Interior Renovation)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm

Office Location: woodlands (757047)

Salary: $3500 - $6000

Job Description:

Liaise closely with Clients/Designers in providing the project team expertise and supervision.

Verify and confirm of quotations from Suppliers/Contractors (especially indent items).

Assist in managing the changes in project scope, identify potential crisis, and devise contingency plans.

Assist to ensure all plans/documents to Landlords/Local Authorities are approved prior to commencement of work.

Conduct site marking/inspection prior to commencement of work.

Conduct regular site meeting.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Construction, or relevant disciplines.

Minimum 3 years local experience in large-scale projects (commercial / space / retail / F&😎.

Good experiences in project management and site co-ordination
