Purchase Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive with experience in the construction sector as we are specialized in piping and ducting solutions. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing construction materials, negotiating with vendors, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining cost efficiency.

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for construction materials (piping).
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Ensure timely procurement of quality materials as per project requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams.
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Have the knowledge of using SQL is added advantage
• Strong knowledge of piping materials is an added advantage.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
