Purchasing Executive

Salary: $2,600 - $4,000

Working Days: Monday - Friday 8:30am to 6pm (once a month half Saturday 9am to 12pm)

Working Location: Nearest MRT (Sembawang / Admiralty)

Job Responsibilities

• Updating all records of purchased products.
• Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate with them for the best pricing
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Assess quality of stock received and escalate any discrepancies to suppliers and management
• Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed

• With at least 2 years of purchasing experience
