Job Description

  • Site verification (GMP and FSMS complance)
  • Halal handling & renewal (Liasing with consultant, etc)
  • Annual lab instrument and thermometer & probe calibration
  • SPF inspectation for raw meat and approved meat check
  • Conduct training and briefing to operators
  • Quality order(System approval) and SFA inspection booking
  • Export customer questionaire
  • Export customer and complaint handling & reply
  • Trained to be QP and apply health certificate for exported porducts
  • Label review.
