Job Responsibilities
- Ensures that the PQP is adhered to by the respective members of the project team.
- Coordinates with the corporate QA/QC Manager on implantation and effectiveness of the QMS in the project.
- Leads QA and QC team of the Project for quality assurance and control of day-to-day activities.
- Audits and monitor organizational activities for compliance with project requirements and procedures, to identify quality problems, to
- contribute to problem resolution, and to evaluate the effectiveness ofsolutions.
- Assists the PD and Management Representative for developing, maintaining and improving the quality management system.
- Responsible to develop the project Audit Plan, execute the audits for the overall projects as per the approved audit plan.
- Ensures that all audit findings and non-conformances are properly addressed and closed out in a timely manner.
- Responsible to coordinate with EMPLOYER’s Quality Representative and Third-Party Inspection Agency (where applicable) at appropriate project stages.
- Responsible to ensure Quality Assurance of engineering works through independent and documented reviews of engineering deliverables including the deliverables of vendors and suppliers.
- Responsible to ensure Quality Assurance and Quality Control of all fabrication and construction works including the works of SUBCONTRACTORs.
- Responsible to ensure that the Quality Awareness Trainings have been implemented.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering Discipline (Electrical / Instrumentation / Mechanical/ Chemical)
- Master's Degree in Engineering Discipline or management is an advantage
- Minimum 7 - 10 years of commissioning experience in oil & gas / wind farm industry
- Good Experience in EPC Projects for Oil & Gas, Offshore Renewables & System
- Familiar with System Completion Handover processes.
- Familiar with Completion Management SYstem database such as PIMS-CMS / WinPCS/ ProCoSys/ ICAPS
- Familiar with Permit-To-Work System and Lock-out-Tag-out procedures.
- Familiar with Project Specifications, Technical and HSE Standards.
