Qantity Surveyor (Aluminium & Glazing, Sub-Contractor)

Xinhe Engineering Pte Ltd in the construction industry is looking for Quantity Surveyor

· Experience in tender project of aluminum window, door, cladding, glass curtain wall & facade

· Taking care of primary costs, contracts of construction projects, estimating & planning costs

· Pre-tender stage preparation including quantity taking off, sourcing & comparison of quotation, preparation for tender submission

· Able to liaise with relevant consultants, main contractors, site personnel & authority to ensure project smoothness

· Able to read and understand shop drawings details

· Prepare claims, final account, settlement & sub-contract payments

· Track changes of project design & prepare variation orders accordingly

· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

· Proficient in English & Mandarin

· Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management or equivalent

· 3 – 15 years of working experience in Singapore & the related field

· 5 1/2 days per week

· Immediate availability is a big plus

Salary Range: S$2,800 – S$5.000 per month
