Job Description
1. On site quality & food safety assurance
2. Conduct routine site inspections of productionto ensure compliance with food safety, quality and hygiene standards.
3. Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) areconsistently followed by operators.
4. Ensure proper segregation, handling and storageof raw materials, work in process and finished products.
5. Identify, report and initiate corrective actionfor non-conformances or food safety risks.
6. Maintain and monitor the implementation andupdates of ISO22000, ensure all record forms are completed by productionpersonnel.
7. Handle ISO 22000 and Halal audits through siteverification and document review.
8. Handle customer complaints and and conductinvestigation including root cause analysis, effective corrective andpreventive action.
9. Provide training on food safety, hygiene andquality requirements.
10. Supportproduction operations by assisting with production planning and scheduling, rawmaterial ordering, and SOP documentation.
11. Anyother tasks that assign by management
Job Requirement
· Possess at least a Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Nutrition or equivalent.
· Fresh graduates are welcome.
· Relevant knowledge in FSSC, ISO 9001, ISO 22000,GMP, HACCP.
· Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologiesof QA.
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel andPowerPoint.
· Able to work independently, as well as a teamplayer.
· Working hours: 08:00 to 17:00 / 09:00 to 18:00
· Working day pattern: 5 days per week.
· Location: Senoko or Woodlands area
