Key Job Accountabilities (Actual daily deliverables):
- To liaise with Customer and external auditor on audit activities.
- To ensure successful recertification of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 & ISO 27001.
- To support Customer audit and present Documentation control and internal audit material.
- Ensure departmental KPI was achieve.
- Drive timely closure on audit findings.
- Review Customer requirement and incorporate into internal specification.
- Documentation control and record retention.
- To participate in cost / quality continuous improving activities.
- To support Automotive program and activities from GHQ.
- Conduct FMEA training and assist PE/EE on risk mitigation plan through FMEA approach.
- Involved in or initiate process improvements, projects, task forces, CIP meetings etc.
- To develop and maintain operational specifications, Quality Specialist recertification and training material.
- To review and monitor Gate failure trends and work with Operations on improvement plans. Implement and evaluate effectiveness of the corrective actions taken.
- Develop and maintain QA databases and controls.
- To perform internal Audits and ensure operations/support department are compliance to quality system.
Required Experience and Qualifications (Required knowledge, skills and experience---however acquired):
- Degree in Engineering, Electrical, Electronic disciplines or its equivalent with 2 years relevant experience, however fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Diploma in Engineering with 5 years relevant experience.
- Preferably 3 years’ semiconductor working experience in Quality Control Assurance field or related experience, related to Semiconductor Manufacturing or wafer industries.
- Certified Auditor for ISO9001 / IATF16949 / ISO 27001 / VDA6.3 / VDA6.5 will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills.
