About Us
We are a leading chain soymilk brand with over 90 outlets across Singapore, dedicated to delivering high-quality products and excellent customer experiences. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality & Training Executive to ensure our outlets consistently meet operational, quality, and compliance standards.


Our current office is located in Aljunied area. Candidate should be willing to relocate to 14 Senoko Way(Near Woodlands/Sembawang) around the end of the 2025.


Job Summary
The Quality & Training Executive will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, conducting quality audits, ensuring food safety compliance, and managing Halal certification requirements across all outlets. This role is key to maintaining operational excellence and upholding our brand standards.


Key Responsibilities

Training & Development

  • Plan, design, and deliver training programs for new and existing staff, focusing on product preparation, customer service, and operational SOPs.
  • Conduct on-the-job training at outlets to ensure skill transfer and consistent execution.
  • Maintain and update training materials, manuals, and assessment tools.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback to outlet teams and management.

Quality Assurance & Audits

  • Conduct regular outlet audits to ensure compliance with brand standards, SOPs, and hygiene requirements.
  • Identify gaps, provide corrective action plans, and follow up on improvements.
  • Collaborate with Operations and R&D teams to maintain product quality and consistency.
  • Perform mystery shopper evaluations or quality spot checks where required.

Halal Compliance & Food Safety

  • Support and coordinate Halal certification processes and renewals for all outlets.
  • Conduct Halal compliance checks and ensure all outlets adhere to MUIS guidelines.
  • Monitor and document food safety practices, including storage, preparation, and serving processes.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare and submit audit reports, training records, and compliance documentation.
  • Track outlet performance in quality and training KPIs, and report findings to management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or higher in Food Science, Hospitality, Training, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in F&B quality assurance, training, or operations.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, Halal compliance, and hygiene standards.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple outlets across Singapore.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for outlet visits.
