Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM
Alternate Saturdays (A): 08:30 AM - 12:30 PM

Overtime is payable.

Flexi Dollars: $700 (medical, dental, optical claims)

Annual Leave: 14 days

Conducting visual and measurement-based inspection of trucks, van and prime mover. Recording inspection result, maintaining accurate records of quality data. Identifying and documenting defects, non-conformities, and deviations from specification. Recommending and implementing corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent future occurrences. Working with teams and other stakeholder to resolve quality problems and improve processes.

• Perform inspections of vehicle after service and repair completed by technicians in accordance to defined checklist.
• Report and request rework for the findings found after the inspection through Team Leader.
• Accurately document the results of the inspection and testing.
• Maintain all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner.
• Input data into quality database for future reference.
• Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action to respective team leader and report to QA manager for filing and action if necessary.
• Work with Operation Manager and Quality Assurance Manager to provide feedback to improve procedures.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following safety and ISO standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publication.
• Accomplishes quality and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Requirements

• Ability to clearly communicate findings, recommendations, and quality standards to other team members. Ability to analyze quality issues, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions. Ensuring compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and safety guidelines.
• Minimum NITEC (Automotive)
• 5 years’ experience in repairing automotive vehicle
• Able to use electronic diagnostic tool preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Excellent in computer knowledge, strong verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum with Class 3 driving license
