QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Job description:

• Reading and understanding drawings and perform measurements.
• Preparing Bills of Quantities.
• Understanding tender/contract document/specifications/terms of contract.
• Analysing quotations/prices/rates, build-up rates and perform pricing.
• Preparing variation claims/project payment claims
• Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets and other documents.
• Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets
• Any other assigned job as assigned.

Requirements:

• Experience as Quantity Surveyor in HDB project/construction.
• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or similar.
• Able to work independently
