Quantity Surveyor Cum Drafter

We are a well establish construction company with an enviable track record in major civil engineering and building works.

To meet our continuing growth, we require suitably qualified candidates for the following position:

Responsibilities:

• Drafting of infrastructural plans

• Drafting of drainage plans

• Drafting of steel structural plans

• Drafting of concrete structural plans

• Using BIM to draft architectural, structural, M & E services plan (training will be provided)

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, drafting software
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
• Experience in drafting roads projects, buildings, and infrastructural works
• Experience in drafting of steel and connection details
• Familiar with BIM will be favorably considered
• Independent, meticulous, dynamic, and self-motivated
• Good team player
• Able to start work on short notice
