Job description
- Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and bills of quantities
- Prepare and submit tender
- Source & Procure required material and negotiate with suppliers & sub-contractors
- Manage tender administration
- Evaluation of variation submission, price comparison, and costing summary
- Preparation of monthly progress claims to the customer
- Prepare/ verification/ upkeep of project variation work and site instructions
- Attend site and Consultant/ Technical meetings
- Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team
- Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Other quantity surveying related duties as assigned
- Any other tasks and duties as instructed by the management
Skills, Experience Competencies Required
- Degree/Diploma in the relevant field of study
- Preferably with 2 years of relevant working experience in Singapore
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize task
- Able to work on multiple projects, within the simultaneous timeline
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision
- Proficient in MS Office skills
- Able to read drawings and specifications
