What You’ll Do
- Greet and engage customers with genuine hospitality and product knowledge.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience from the first inquiry to purchase completion.
- Understand product features, pricing, installation details & after-sales service.
- Handle customer questions and enquiries confidently across walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp and online channels.
- Manage inventory checks and updates across online marketplaces (Shopee and Shopify).
- Upsell & cross-sell based on customer needs.
- Operate the POS system, handle payments, and pack purchases.
- Maintain showroom standards — visual merchandising, stock replenishment, clean & organised presentation.
- Share insights & customer feedback with the management team
- Support sales events, promotions and store activities.
- Stay informed about new product launches, brands and parts in the motor scene.
- Perform ad-hoc duties to support daily operations.
You’re Perfect If
- You ride a motorcycle, OR you’re deeply passionate & knowledgeable about the motorcycle scene.
- You’re personable, friendly and enjoy helping others.
- You communicate clearly and confidently.
- You can thrive in a fast-moving, hands-on retail environment.
- You’re adaptable, positive and a reliable team player.
- Sales or retail experience is a bonus, but attitude matters more.
