As our Kids Tech Experience Specialist, you’ll be the star of the show—demonstrating cool gadgets, guiding parents through the features and creating unforgettable moments for kids and families.

• 🎤 You’re a natural storyteller who can explain tech in a fun, simple way.
• 😄 You’re friendly & approachable—parents and kids feel comfortable with you instantly.
• 🌟 You’re energetic & proactive—you don’t just wait for people to come to you; you go create the magic!
• 🗣️ Able to speak English (and Mandarin is a plus!)
• 🕹️ Experience with retail, kids’ products, or tech is a bonus —but not a must.

Responsibilities

• Engage parents and children to introduce and demo kids’ tech products
• Explain features clearly and recommend suitable options
• Drive sales and meet daily/monthly targets
• Maintain product displays and ensure stock readiness
• Support events or roadshows when required

Requirements

• Retail or sales experience preferred
• Comfortable interacting with kids and parents
• Confident, proactive, and customer‑focused
• Tech‑savvy and quick learner
• Responsible, punctual, and a good team player
• Must be able to work retail shifts including weekends and public holidays
