Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide primarily support at sales department
Attends customers phones enquiries
Work closely among inter-departments
Follow up the documents update such as Invoices and Credit note, E-Invoices to customer
E-filing, Transmission in Customer's Portal within the timeline
Other duties as assigned by immediate superior
Ensure adherence to company policies

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 'O' levels
Comfortable working with people from all levels
Good computer skills (MS Office)
Bilingual in English, Mandarin and Malay in order to communicate with multilingual speaking customers
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
Attentive to details and fast learner
Able to work in a team
Meticulous and independent
Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
Willing to work on weekends when required with paid allowance
