Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the quotation/proposal preparation and submission
  • Collate price comparison and costing summary
  • Prepare costing of projects, prepare proposal and to ensure compliance with tendering and procurement procedures
  • Filing, handling email correspondence and data entry
  • General administrative duties

Competency Requirements

  • GCE “O” Levels/ITE/Diploma in any discipline
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Meticulous, cost conscious, independent, highly motivated and a good team player.
