Sales Executive, Parts & Tyres

Basic + Transport Allowance + Commission

To market commercial vehicle tyres & parts through B2B & B2C platforms.

1. Handling & taking care of Company Accounts/Customers under his responsibility.

2. Canvass for New Accounts/Customers locally.

3. Sell/Market to Oversea Customers.

4. Preparation & Follow-Up of Quotes made to local customers and overseas customers.

5. Oversee and execute sales administrative support (Important: provide backorders update to local customers and overseas customer).

6. Monitor order status and provide updates to all the customers.

7. Arrangement and filing of documents (e.g. Quotation, credit note (CN), sales order confirmation (SO) and etc.)

8. Ensure compliance to company policies, financial, process and industrial standards

9. Performs ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisors

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O level
• Positive Attitude and willing to accept Challenges
• Reasonably good command of both English and Mandarin (To liaise with mandarin speaking customers/stakeholders)
• Minimum 2 years of Automotive Parts Sales Experience
• Enjoy doing Sales & Marketing
• Enjoy Meeting People
• Outspoken Personality
• Possess Class 3/3A License with own Car
