Sales Executive (FMCG, Modern Trade: FP/ DFI / CMM)

Background

• Leading food and non food suppliers in the foodservice and general trade market
• Specalise in brand distribution and partnership
• Manufacture own spices/pepper and repacking of starches
• Key products include: spices/ pepper/ potato starch/ sauces/ body care/ toiletries.

Job description:

• Drive sales growth and achieve targets for the assigned channel, including but not limited to FP, DFI, CMM, and General Trade Direct Accounts.
• Responsible for handling customers assigned to you which includes negotiation, order taking, collections and payment etc.
• Submit new product listings, promotion pack, price maintenance and promotion claims.
• Work together with Sales directors to manage A&P budgets effectively to ensure efficient spending.
• Collaborate with brand owners to plan and execute trade promotions and offers.
• Response to all enquiries assigned to you via phone, fax, or email.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and prospects.
• Evaluate and conduct regular business reviews with key customers.
• Assist the company in growing of the current customer base and products penetration especially in the modern trade sector.

Job requirement:

• Min O level and above
• Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales.
• Familiar with Modern Trade channels with experience working with key account buyers.
• Class 3 driving license preferably with own vehicle
• Passionate for sales and enjoy dealing with people
• Good team player but able to work independently
• Positive, determined, and able to thrive in a challenging environment
• Proficient in word, excel and outlook.

Package:

• Consist basic pay + transport/HP allowance + commission
