Sales Interior Designer

Job description

· Handling sales enquiries / Client presentations

. Liaise with clients on their requirements and provide design consultation based on clients’ needs.

. Prepare quotation, selling and closing sales deals.

. Determine cost of completion and project requirement.

. Manage projects to meet target deadlines and budget

. Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, clients required to ensure smooth project execution.

. Involve in site measurements, layout planning & materials selection.

. Site supervision – site visit, audit check and quality check to ensure designs and works meet the requirement and timelines.

. Create layout plan, 3D perspective designs, design concept, carpentry details drawings, full set drawings or other relevant drawings as needed.

Requirement

· Good interpersonal and communication skills.

· Preferably at least 1 year of relevant work experience.

· Able to work in fast-paced environment and work under pressure.

· Positive working attitude

. Knowledge of drawings and specifications is an advantage.

. Experience with 3D modelling and rendering software is an added advantage.

. Training will be provided.
