Sales Manager
Job Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business growth. This role involves developing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, monitoring performance, and identifying new market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance
Set sales goals and monitor individual and team KPIs
Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitors
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts
Manage pricing strategies and negotiate major contracts
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
Analytical skills with experience in sales reporting and forecasting
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
