Job Description

Sales Strategy and Planning:Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.Identifying new business opportunities and market trends.Developing and managing sales budgets.
Customer Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.Negotiating contracts and agreements with customers and suppliers.
Sales Process Management:Overseeing the sales process from start to finish.Developing and implementing sales processes to improve efficiency.
Sales Performance Monitoring:Tracking sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.Preparing sales reports and forecasts.Incentivizing staff to meet sales targets.
