• Position Title: Sales Support Admin / Coordinator
• Working Location: North – Woodlands (Company bus pick up point at AMK, Yishun, Khatib, Sembawang MRT)
• Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon-Fri: 8.30am-5.30pm, Alternate Sat: 8.30am-1pm)
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 2600 + Performance bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Sales team in preparing goods and ensuring timely, accurate deliveries
• Maintain and organize essential documentation
• Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively
• Work with the logistics team to ensure the system accurately reflects real-time stock movements
