Job Description

Provide administrative support to the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, contracts, and reports.
Process sales orders, track deliveries, and update order status in the system.
Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and payments.
Assist in preparing sales performance reports, sales forecasts, and dashboards for management.
Coordinate sales team schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Ensure compliance with company policies regarding documentation, pricing, and approval processes.
Liaise with logistics, finance, and inventory teams for smooth execution of sales transactions.
Support in the preparation of sales presentations and materials for client meetings.
Monitor and manage stock levels related to sales orders and notify relevant teams of inventory issues
