About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Scrum Master to join our Agile teams in Singapore. The ideal candidate will champion Agile principles, guide cross-functional teams through Scrum practices, and help remove impediments to project delivery. This role is key to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Responsibilities
- Act as a servant leader and coach for one or more Agile teams.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.
- Shield the team from outside interruptions and distractions.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure well-defined backlog items.
- Track and communicate team metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts).
- Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress.
- Promote Agile best practices across the organization.
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a tech or product-driven organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple teams or large-scale Agile projects.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Prior experience in coaching teams transitioning from Waterfall to Agile is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical background or hands-on development experience.
- Familiarity with SAFe, LeSS, or other scaled Agile frameworks.
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD principles.
