As a Sr. Manager for Strategic Programs and Market Intelligence, you will be responsible for leading and managing strategic programs to achieve organizational objectives, driving productivity and process improvement initiatives, and overseeing the governance of strategic cost playbooks. You will also play a crucial role in category management, providing insights into global economic trends, geopolitical impacts, and supplier intelligence to support decision-making. Your expertise will help centralize market intelligence efforts and enhance data analysis to provide actionable insights for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Programs Management

Lead and manage strategic programs to achieve program and project objectives, requiring sophisticated application of project and process management concepts. Plan, organize, staff, lead, execute, and control activities to deliver expected value. Prioritize and align program project portfolios with goals, program metric targets, and across departments and sites.

Productivity and Process Improvement

Drive productivity and process improvement programs to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Identify opportunities for improvement in key performance indicators and lead teams in driving transformation projects. Streamline the governance of strategic SCM owned playbooks, ensure compliance and efficiency in playbook processes and engagement.

Market Intelligence

Analyze global economic trends, geopolitical impacts, supplier insights, and market intelligence analytics to support decision-making. Enhance data analysis and provide deeper economic market insights and better early warning indicators. Develop advanced governance to ensure compliance and efficiency in market intelligence processes. Centralize market intelligence efforts with risk management and AI-driven strategies.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Project Management, Finance or related field.

Experience:

  • Over 5 years of proven experience in strategic program management, process improvement, and market intelligence.
  • Effective leadership and collaboration abilities.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Experience working effectively in a global and diverse team environment.

Skills and Communication:

  • Strong analytical and research skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and demonstrate strong business and commercial acumen.
  • Independently lead strategic cost transformation projects and clearly outline project goals and their impact on Global Procurement.
  • Develop benchmarks and frameworks to monitor project progress, risks, and changes, while maintaining strong relationships with peers and managers.
  • Deliver effective presentations to various audience sizes and regularly update management on goals and progress, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and respect for different cultures and languages.
