Job Scope
Responsible to drive and support the strategic planning and development of the company, including driving the medium and long-term strategy; and monitoring & evaluating the company’s strategic plan implementation.
Job Responsibility:
1. Collaborate with the company’s Strategy team to develop and update the long-term strategic plans; and to ensure the alignment with industry development trends and market demands.
2. Lead cross-functional teams to promote the implementation of strategies and ensure the consistency and synergy of the departmental objectives.
3. Monitor the progress of the strategy implementation and advise on directional changes based on market and environmental changes.
4. Support senior management on the development of the company’s annual business plan, including annual KPI/AOP goals and budget plans, to ensure the effective allocation and utilization of company’s resources.
5. Provide regular high quality & impactful reports and updates to Senior Management.
6. Responsible for analyzing market trends, competitor dynamics, and customer needs in the semiconductor OSAT industry and provideing strategic advice to the management team.
7. Coordinate with external research and consulting agencies, including investment institutions to prepare feasibility reports related to strategic projects, and to carry out the execution of the relevant strategic projects.
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree or beyond with experience in the semiconductor OSAT industry or related fields; MS/MBA in Business/Finance/Analytics is a plus.
2. At least 8 years of experience in strategic planning, BD related to the semiconductor industry. Investment Banking knowledge & experience is a plus.
3. Familiarity with market dynamics, technological trends, and industry standards in the semiconductor OSAT industry.
4. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, capable of extracting key information from complex environments.
5. Outstanding communication, EQ and leadership abilities to effectively collaborate with team members at different levels and backgrounds.
6. Excellent project management and execution skills and be able to work under pressure and achieve goals.
7. High Proficiency in English and is capable of good business negotiations & communications; Korean is a plus.
