Senior / Patient Service Associate

Keen to provide quality customer service to patients and support services at various service touch points in a polyclinic?

As the polyclinic’s service ambassador, you will help patients navigate through our healthcare systems by attending to their queries, resolve their challenges, promote and educate health services/programmes.

You will also facilitate an all-round pleasant patient experience with our services including patient registration, appointment making, billing collection and etc.

We are on the lookout for passionate individuals who are keen in bringing a smile to our patients! So if you have what we are looking for, we want you!

• Polytechnic Diploma, GCE 'A' / 'O' / 'N' level or Higher / NITEC qualification
• Good communication skills in English and a local language/dialect
• Good Team player with a passion for service excellence
• Pleasant disposition, personality and good interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Ability to commit to 5.5 days work week (Monday to Saturday)

• Detailed oriented self-starter
• Preferably has supervisory experience in managing/ guiding junior Patient Service Associates

Openings are available in Ang Mo Kio, Geylang, Hougang, Kallang, Toa Payoh, Woodlands, Yishun, Sembawang, Khatib, and Serangoon polyclinics.
