Job Description

Upselling: Promote and upsell menu items and promotions to maximize sales.
Maintaining Standards: Ensure floor readiness, cleanliness, and efficient table turnover.
Handling Issues: Address guest feedback and resolve service-related issues effectively.
Coordination: Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Operational Tasks: Assist with opening, closing, and shift handover procedures.
Training and Guidance: Mentor and support junior service crew members in their duties.
Hygiene and Safety: Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.
Inventory Management: Ensure adequate stock levels of necessary items.
