Senior Site Supervisor

Job Description & Requirements

• Assist Project Manager/Engineer to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time
• Support Project Manager/Engineer through coordination, follow-up and reporting the progress and quality of the overall project
• In-charge of leading and managing the installation team to ensure safe, high quality and complete-on-time delivery of organization's project and solutions
• Responsible for effective site administration which include site safety and control of materials / plants on site
• Ensure that all Safety compliances and processes are adhered to by all workers
• Assist to manage and monitor site operation, workers and sub-contractors
• Responsible for coordination and supervision to ensure works are carried out efficiently and on schedule
• Able to communicate to all level and attend site meeting on a daily basis
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Project Manager / Engineer

Competencies :

• Minimum 5 years experience
• Able to read and understand technical drawings.
• Analyze data for significant trends or potential issues.
• Knowledge of construction materials
• Experience in Bridge Project with erection works using specific Equipment (Launching Gantry, Lifting Frame) and Post-Tensioning system works
