Senior Social Worker/Counsellor (Yishun Family Service)

• To provide consistent and purposeful casework management with multiple needs and safety risks.
• To support centre in providing trauma informed and/or mental health related intervention and supervision.
• To work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders in delivering good case outcomes.
• To provide casework supervision.
• To coach supervisees in providing quality casework intervention.
• To undertake any other responsibilities and duties assigned by Director.

Requirements

• Degree, Graduate Diploma or Master in Social Work / Degree or Master in Counselling
  At least 7 years of casework and counselling experience working with individual, children and families with complex needs and risk concerns.
• Casework supervision experience is expected.
• Good report writing skill.
• Good Interpersonal and Communication skills.
• Certified in providing marital counselling and/or family violence invention will be an advantage.
