Service Manager

Job Description:
• Responsible for setting up, installing, and troubleshooting of semiconductor equipment at customer sites.
• Responsible for providing pre and post sales technical support to service and upgrade equipment.
• Assist in technical training for customers on setup, operations and maintenance.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationship.

• Provide comprehensive support to corporate clients by managing their orders and requests from start to finish.
• Address customer inquiries in a timely manner, covering areas such as quotations, service assistance, and documentation needs.
• Prepare and issue accurate quotations to clients, ensuring quick turnaround times.
• Generate and submit necessary documents required by clients, tailored to their internal management systems.
• Regularly update clients on the status of their orders and provide shipping schedule information.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of spare parts price lists for client reference.
• Coordinate with customers, forwarding agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely shipment execution.
• Assist customers with customs-related inquiries by providing required documentation.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to address customer concerns and implement effective solutions.

Requirements:
• Min Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/ Mechanical Engineer with 3-5 years relevant experience
• Able to work in a clean room environment

• Customer-focused with a keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Experience in managing multiple tasks or projects with short timelines is a plus.
