Site Coordinator

Support Project or Construction Manager

Assist on all job site issues

Attend meetings as required and follow-up with issues raised

Understand project’s requirement under the contract and highlight deviations

Monitor construction program and progress

Identify defects, quality and/or irregularities issues

Monitor & maintain proper documentation of rectification works

Monitor compliance of work with the workplace safety and health regulations

Plan and organize daily and weekly manpower or resources allocation

To coordinate with site supervisors, workers, vendors, sub-contractors

Attend site kick off and weekly progress meetings or any ad-hoc meetings when required

Responsible for manpower and progress reporting on daily & weekly basis

Supervise daily site activities
